We are delighted to announce the launch of our new ladies Social Football in the club. Check out the details below.

What is social football?

Social football is a mix of exercise, basic football skills and social opportunity for any women in the the community or club. you do not have to have played football or any sport before.

What is the commitment?

We will train once a week, in the club grounds, for one hour. This will be an evening during the week.

Will we play matches?

Yes we will once the team is ready, for the moment we will just have some internal games, and training games

Who is welcome?

Any female interested in keeping fit, getting to meet new people, have some fun and a laugh while enjoying time with like minded ladies. There is no age limit. the only rule is that you can't be currently playing ladies football for Cappagh or any club.

What is the cost?

The registration is €50 for the full year, this includes your insurance and membership. All you will need is runners, football boots and comfy clothes.
