We are delighted to say we have had a great response and interest to our new Social Football!

We are kicking off on Monday, 21st February at 8pm with a sample session where we invite all ladies interested in joining our newest team.

We will do some light exercies as a warm up, some basic football drills to show you the skills and play a short game. Everything is based around the craic and fun! Nothing too serious.

We are delighted to confirm that Declan Cullen & Karl Lynam are on board as mentors and one thing that will be guaranteed will be the laughs and craic with these two!

So some details:

Time: Monday at 8pm on Pitch 2

Where: Cappagh GAA

What to wear: So leave the good clothes and shoes at home! comfy leggings, tee-shirts, hoodies, light rain top if wet. Layer up if cold as you will warm up:) if you have football boots or can get a lend of them do that, you coudl wear old runners but you could slip.

What do you need to bring with you: a bottle of water for yourself,

Registering: if you have registered already - great news! if you haven't you can still do it on clubzap - picking GM&O - €50. You can also do the sample and register after that.

Communications: if you have registered - you will be added to a clubzap group. you can also request to join in the chat section of our app.

We will finish up the session with a cuppa and chat !
